    [siteorigin_widget class=”SiteOrigin_Widget_Slider_Widget”][/siteorigin_widget]

In this post series, i am going to share all the natural hair products that have helped me grow my thin/fine hair long. I will start by sharing my natural hair oils. I believe these products also helps my hair to grow thicker. The past few years i have tried quite a few products on my natural hair, some worked very well, some were terrible and other remains my all time favourites till today. I will break the products down, since its a lot. In this blog post, i will talk about my natural hair oils.
Before i start let me quickly introduce myself.

“My name is Adede. I am a natural hair enthusiast, a wife, a mother, and a psychiatric nurse. I have a youtube channel and a blog where i share tips and tricks for thin/fine natural hair sisters. I learn by basically experimenting with my hair and sharing it with my earthlings. You can thank me later 🙂 “.

So first of all its really important to know your hair type in order to find the right products for your hair. My hair is mostly type 4c thin/fine hair. These are my top 9 natural hair oils that have helped my thin/fine natural hair grow extremely. I will start with my favourite and end with my least favourite, although they all serve their purpose and that’s why they are included in this post.

I can’t finish this list without adding these four essential oils. These are MAJOR in my hair care regiment. They are included in all my hair treatments. Love it.
TIP: Essential oil must be diluted in another product, such as a carrier oil or conditioner. Using them directly on your skin, including your scalp, can lead to minor or major irritation.

    Peppermint essential oil

Peppermint Essential oil keeps your follicles healthy, which is one of the keys to hair growth. You can add it to your shampoo or conditioner, and your scalp will love it. I like to add it to my hot oil treatment and i massage it on my scalp. Peppermint oil in combination with scalp massage is equal to major hair growth :).

    Lavender essential oil

Often used to promote restfulness and peaceful vibes, but lavender Essential Oil is wonderful for your hair, too. It relieves dandruff and promotes a healthier scalp. I also like to use lavender essential oil for its nice sense. This helps with products that don’t necessarily smell well. An example is fermented rice water.

    Tea tree essential oil

Tea tree oil is one of the strongest essential oil. With this oil, it’s extra important to mix it with a carrier oil or any other products. You can use it directly on your scalp. I like to add it to oils that i use for my hot oil treatment, and i massage the oils on my scalp. This helps to alleviate itchiness or dandruff.

Let me know if you have tried this before.. and how it worked for you.
    Love & Light
    Adede
