So I never thought I will be writing a blog post about how to grow out your edges with fenugreek because, to be honest, I never thought my edges will grow back. I refer to my edges as chronic alopecia. I bet it is not chronic anymore. At first, I didn’t know what was growing my edges back, so I had to slow down and use my products one by one for a month s=to see what is doing what. Soon I found out it is the fenugreek in my ayurvedic hair oil that is growing out my hair (especially my edges). once I found out about fenugreek, I started looking at its benefits and also how to use it to be more concentrated.

You grow your edges back by using fenugreek. So let’s talk about this product. What is fenugreek? what does it do to your hair? and how to use it? I started using fenugreek back in march when I decided to go in this Ayurvedic hair journey. I incorporated fenugreek in the regiment in a form of powder. adding it in my Ayurvedic hair growth oil.

What is fenugreek and how to use it to grow your edges?

Fenugreek has been proven to have the capability to grow hair follicles and maintain bright-looking hair. Fenugreek

contains proteins, vitamin A, K, C, folic acid, potassium, calcium and iron. Fenugreek also has a high nicotinic content that is why it can fight against hair loss, dandruff and treating scalp issues like dryness, baldness and hair thinning. It also contains a large amount of lecithin which hydrates and strengthen the roots and hair follicles. The seeds/powder also moisturize hair and bring back the healthiness. I can go on and on about what fenugreek can do to your hair, but I will advise you try it for your self and have the experience I am talking about. Be sure to test it on your scalp to see if you do not react to it and also to determine how often you can use fenugreek. Fenugreek used wrongly can cause hair breakages. so be sure to test for yourself what works for you in which quantity.
