aloe vera to grow thin fine natural hair

Hey Earthlings.. I can’t believe i have not shared this Aloe vera pre-poo with you guys. I have been doing this religiously for the past two years since I discovered it. This method of pre-poo/deep conditioning has helped my hair grow thicker and stronger tremendously. I stared doing this after i saw a naturalhair guru do it on her thick natural hair. I wondered if this would work for my thin/fine natural hair too. And it did an amazing job. In the video below i explain en demonstrate exactly what and how i use the aloe vera gel, in combination with hot oil treatment and scalp massage. You are going to love this.

If you are new here on my blog “My name is Adede. I am a natural hair enthusiast, a wife, a mother, and a psychiatric nurse. Benefits of Aloe vera for thin/fine natural hair.

    • Smoothens the Hair Cuticle: Aloe vera helps to close the cuticle, which leads to increased shine and decreased friction between curls. Aloe has good sealing properties that give your hair a healthy appearance. Smoothening your hair can be very beneficial to out thin/fine natural hair because it decreases tangle and knotting.
    • Penetrates and Hydrates the Hair Shaft: Aloe vera stores a hefty amount of water inside its leaves. Therefore it is healing, like water, and it can penetrate the hair strand and give the shaft the nutrients it needs.
    • Hair Growth: aloe vera has the ability to heal the scalp and repair hair follicles leads to thicker hair. It also balances the pH of the scalp and regulates the environment for hair growth.
    • Gets Rid of Dandruff: Aloe vera helps to restore the pH balance of the scalp and fight dandruff. By spraying aloe vera juice on the scalp.

HOW TO USE ALOE VERA FOR thin/fine natural hair

I have two ways of using Aloe vera, as a pre poo or a deep conditioner. But you can also use it as a leave in conditioner or hair mist or hair detangeler.

Pre-poo. Using a pre-poo will lessen breakage and make your wash days go much smoother. To make a pre-poo, try mixing aloe vera juice with an oil like coconut, avocado, or castor. Apply it to the hair and cover it with a plastic cap for added heat.

Hair Mask. An aloe vera gel deep conditioner will work wonders for your hair and scalp. The conditioner doesn’t need many ingredients because aloe vera juice already contains so many rich nutrients. Mix the aloe vera gel with your favourite oil and apply to sectioned hair. Cover with a plastic cap and leave for at least one hour.

I’m curious to find out what blog platform you have been utilizing? I’m experiencing some minor security issues with my latest site and I’d like to find something more secure. Do you have any recommendations?
