    I think this will be the simplest blog post that I have ever written. But… it is also one of my most asked questions on my youtube channel. Everyone wants to know what my night time regimen is for my thin/fine natural hair.

    Before I start let me quickly introduce myself.

    TIPS FOR NATURAL HAIR

    Night time natural hair routine

    My night time routine is really not much. Simplicity is the key to my hair growth. I have noticed that the moment I start making things complicated for my self, I stop following my routine. It gets too overwhelming for me. So, I must keep things simple enough for myself so that I actually follow it.

    All I do each night as part of my routine is to prepare my hairstyle for the next day ( especially if I know I have a busy day ahead of me). And I massage my scalp. Sometimes I massage my scalp with oils (click here to see my favourite oils).

    I choose not to massage my scalp with oils every day because I don’t want the oils to build up on my scalp. I also moisturise my hair every other day as part of my routine. That is all I do, very simple.!

    These are the oils I mostly use for my night time hair routine:

    Peppermint oil: To stimulate hair growth. I love the tingling sensation this oil gives my scalp.
    Tonka oil: Also to stimulate hair growth.
    Argan oil: One of my favourite oils at this moment.

    I will also add some videos that will show exactly how I massage my scalp and how I moisturise my hair, also a video about how I go about my night time routine.
